The information in this article applies to users using Actionstep Payments. Actionstep no longer offers this product to new customers but does maintain support for existing users.
You can easily find the transaction ID of a payment in Actionstep Payments.
To do this:
- Access the Actionstep Payments Portal. (See Accessing and Navigating Actionstep's Payments Portal for help.)
- From the left-side menu, click Payment History.
- Click the down arrow next to the transaction (on the right side of the entry). Information about the transaction is shown.
- Click the copy icon next to the TXN ID.
The transaction ID is copied.
TIP: You can also click anywhere on the transaction to
view the transaction summary. Then click the
Transaction tab and click the copy icon next to the transaction
ID.
