Trust / Client Account Statement Report

Brief Description

The Trust / Client Statement Report for a selected matter and period allows you to see the trust / client transactions that have occurred on the matter. You can also show any invoices (bills) raised, unbilled time, and unbilled disbursements.

 


Finding and Using the Report

  • In Actionstep, go to Reports > Trust / Client Acc Reports > General.

Available Filters

  • Period: Choose the timeframe for the report. You can click the drop-down and choose some pre-defined periods, or select Custom period and enter your own date range. Review and / or enter your dates in the accompanying date fields.
  • Matter: Choose the matter you want included in the report.
  • Trust / Client account: Choose one or more trust / client accounts you want included in the report.
  • Invoices: Toggle this option to on to list all invoices raised on the matter—if they have been paid or if they are still outstanding.
  • Interest details: Toggle this option to on to include
  • Unbilled time: Toggle this option to on to show all unbilled time on the selected matter.
  • Unbilled disbursement: Toggle this option to on to show all unbilled disbursements on the selected matter.
