Audit Trail Item Detail Report

Brief Description  

This report provides additional "drill-down" detail for the Accounting Audit Trail report.

 


Use Cases 

This report provides more detail on an item of interest in the audit trail.

 


Finding and Using the Report  

  1. In Actionstep Practice Management, go to Reports > Accounting Reports. (Your menu may show Reports > Accounting Reports > Reports List.)
  2. In the Audit section, click Audit Trail Item Detail. The report is displayed.

Available Filters 

  • Record Id: Enter the ID of the record you want to review.
  • Show Reference Detail: Select this option to include references to the specific actions associated with the ID, which are included in the generated report under the Audit References heading.

 


Report Output 

  • Effected Table: Shows the source table effected.
  • Effected Column: Shows the source column effected.
  • Value: Shows the ID of the transaction.
  • Notes: Shows the audit notes of the transaction.
