CAUTION: Granting a user subscription authority gives that user a high level of access to many different options and features in Actionstep.
Being an "administrator with authority" in Actionstep Practice Management will grant you the following abilities:
- Add and remove users
- Manage add-ons
- Delete the system
- Request entire system backups
- Request changes to a system through Actionstep Support
- Request account information
- Give Actionstep Support permission to copy your system to a development environment if troubleshooting is required
To grant someone authority to make subscription changes and access the Users & Permissions menu, a current administrator with authority can go to Admin > Users & Permissions > [select your user] and select Allow this user to alter my subscription data.
