The Actionstep mobile app allows you to use the Actionstep Practice Management system from any mobile device or tablet.
NOTE: The Actionstep mobile app is available on Apple devices running iOS 11 or later. For Android users, the two most recent Android versions are supported.
To use the app:
- Go to the Apple App Store or the Android App Store.
- Search for and download the Actionstep app.
- Once the app is installed, sign in using your existing Actionstep account details.
- Complete your different tasks:
- The app's main screen shows your schedule, appointments, tasks, notes, timesheets, and recent matters in one glance.
- Tap the Add icon to create contacts, file notes, tasks, time entries, and scratch notes.

Click the timer icon to create, edit, and save times. Here, you can input timer descriptions and assign the time to an existing matter.
- The menu at the bottom of the screen provides options to view/search all matters, your calendar, and contacts.
- The app's main screen shows your schedule, appointments, tasks, notes, timesheets, and recent matters in one glance.
