You may come across a "Well, this is awkward...500 Internal Server Error" error message when you open a document in Actionstep via OneDrive.
A Known Cause
One known reason is that your password has been changed or your Onedrive access token has expired. Hence, when you try to access OneDrive, the authentication of your credentials fails and you receive this error.
An Actionstep Support member can confirm this is the case by checking the corresponding production error. However, there is no harm in going ahead with the solution first:
To fix this, simply go to your profile by clicking your name on the top right of the screen:
Then scroll down to the section "Microsoft OneDrive":
Here, disconnect and re-connect your account. When you re-connect, it will use your new credentials and create a new access token. Next time you open a document via OneDrive, you will no longer receive the error.
