This article will explain what to do if you are locked out of Actionstep due to being unable to complete the Multi-Factor Authentication process.
First, you will need to contact your Administrator - this will be someone with the Administrator role and subscription authority within the Actionstep system.
The administrator will then need to contact our friendly support team, who will be able to temporarily disable MFA for the specified user.
If you have access to more than one Actionstep system, there may be a few additional steps involved but the Actionstep support team will be able to guide you through these steps.
This should allow you to log in to the system once more.
