At the bottom right of your Actionstep screen will be the Actonstep chat widget. You can use this to communicate with our support staff anytime you have a question.

What is this widget and what does it do?
A: The widget looks like a little speech-bubble and is positioned in the bottom right corner of the Actionstep interface. It allows you to chat to a member of the Actionstep team whenever you require some assistance. The widget will also be used to deliver a number of important messages to you, regarding changes to the product or other exciting news.
Can I hide/remove the widget?
Unfortunately, you cannot minimize the widget or reposition it. You may have to resize your windows if you find that the widget is covering any important information.
Is the widget always available?
Yes, the widget will always be within the application, on most screens. If you interact with the widget outside of our office hours, it will inform you of when a staff member will next be available.
Is the widget also available through the mobile app?
No, the widget is not currently available through our mobile app.
What happens if I get disconnected during a conversation?
The widget will save any conversations against your contact record, so you will always be able to revisit them once you log back into the system.
