Reviewing Marketing Campaign Results

Using Actionstep Practice Management, you can review the results of your marketing campaign. 



To access your marketing campaign results:

  1. In Practice Management, view your marketing campaign matter. (This is the matter you created in Creating a Marketing Campaign.) 
  2. If needed, hover over the Home menu icon for the matter and choose Campaign Overview.


 


Marketing Campaign Overview Section


A. Campaign Start and End Date: Shows the starting and ending dates of the campaign. 


B. Budgeted ExpensesShows the overall budgeted expense entered when setting up the campaign.


C. Forecasted IncomeShows the overall forecasted income entered when setting up the campaign. 


D. Sale/Prospect Types: Shows the matter types that are included in this marketing campaign.

TIPS: 
• Click Edit Campaign to make adjustments to these data points.
• When adding a new matter type to your system, remember to add it to this marketing campaign if you want to track marketing income associated with it. 

E. Planned ROI: Shows Forecasted Income - Budgeted Income / Budget Income. (These amounts are entered when setting up the marketing campaign.)


F. Sales Pipeline ROI: Shows the Contributing Income (or income from the sales pipeline) - Expenses / Expenses


G. CLV ROI: Shows the Customer Lifetime Value Income - Expenses / Expenses.


H. Actual ROI: Shows total Actual Income - Expenses / Expenses.

TIP:  Hover over these equations to view the actual figures used.



Marketing Activities Section


Depending on which tab you've selected at the top—Sales Pipeline, CLV, Actual, or Planned, this table shows you income from various marketing activities vs. their related expenses. 


You can also click the link for each marketing activity/source to see a breakdown of matters contributing to income and individual reports:
